(A) A slightly strong echogenic mass can be seen in the right atrium, and it almost fills the right atrium. The internal echo is uneven and appears to adhere to the anterior wall of the right atrium with a wide base, with little amplitude swing with the cardiac cycle. (B) Contrast-enhanced signal can be seen in the slightly stronger echogenic mass above the right atrium.
