BMI body mass index, CHD coronary heart disease, PA physical activity, SPPB Short Physical Performance Battery score. MVPA categories defined as no MVPA (0 min/week of moderate or vigorous physical activity), low MVPA (< 150 min/week of moderate physical activity and < 75 min/week of vigorous physical activity), recommended MVAP (150–299 min/week of moderate physical activity or 75–149 min/week of vigorous physical activity or an equivalent combination of MVPA), and high MVPA (≥ 300 min/week of moderate physical activity or ≥ 150 min/week of vigorous physical activity or an equivalent combination of MVPA)
