Hazard ratios and 95% confidence intervals of atrial fibrillation (AF) for categories of physical activity (PA) according to the Physical Activity for Americans recommendations. Model 1 is a Cox regression model including moderate and vigorous PA categories in the same model adjusted for age, sex, race/center, and education. Model 2 additionally adjusts for education, alcohol drinking, cigarette smoking, diabetes, hypertension, prevalent coronary heart disease, prevalent heart failure, body mass index, and Short Physical Performance Battery score.
