MORT promoted the apoptosis the AC16 cell apoptosis by inhibiting miR-93. The roles of MORT and miR-93 in the apoptosis of AC16 cells were analysed by cell apoptosis assay. MORT overexpression significantly promoted AC16 cell apoptosis, while miR-93 overexpression played and opposite role and attenuated the effects of MORT overexpression. In addition, MORT inhibited the apoptosis of AC16 cells(*, p < 0.05)
