MORT and miR-93 expression was altered in mice MI models. RT-qPCR was performed to analyse the levels of MORT and miR-93 in both plasma and heart tissues from mice MI mice and Sham mice. Results of RT-qPCR showed that MORT expression levels were higher (A), while expression levels of miR-93 were lower (B) in both plasma and heart tissues of mice MI mice models compared with Sham mice (*, p < 0.05)
