Upper panel: the ablation catheter was placed at the His bundle with the tip of the catheter shown in green, and the area of the His bundle is labeled with yellow dots, and the yellow and blue bands show the electrodes placed in the coronary sinus and in the right ventricle, respectively; typical slow pathway potential was mapped and marked with a blue dot and finally power delivery at 35 watts , which was marked as red dot, led to slow junctional beats.
