The delineation of the mechanism of incomplete latent preexcitation. (a) The atrioventricular node conduction is faster than or is equal to accessory pathway conduction, forming normal PR interval without delta wave. (b) The insertion of the ventricle is pre-excited by the activation conducted via the accessory pathway. (c) The activation simultaneously conducted through the accessory pathway and normal conduction system, fusing into the monophyletic ventricular fusion (mainly manifests the change of terminal QRS vector and morphology)
