The cardiac CT revealed a significant stenosis of the left anterior descending coronary artery (left upper panel), which was confirmed at coronary angiography (middle upper panel) and treated with percutaneous coronary intervention and stenting (right upper panel). Also, the right coronary artery showed a significant long stenosis in the proximal segment (left lower panel) that was confirmed at coronary angiography (middle lower panel) and treated with percutaneous coronary intervention and stenting (right lower panel). Ultra-low-dose CT images of the lungs showed a 6 mm pulmonary nodule in the left upper lobe (arrow, right panel)
