For example, the RR of ischemic stroke with rivaroxaban vs. VKAs in premenopausal women currently ranges from 0.66 to 1.37. When the RR is 1.37, treatment with rivaroxaban leads to a loss of −0.32 QALYs. If the RR is 0.66, treatment with rivaroxaban leads to a gain of 1.69 QALYs
