PAI-1 steady state levels in primary cultures of fibroblasts with several WRN genotypes. WRN C1367R and L1074F polymorphisms were determined by automatic sequencing in primary cultured fibroblasts obtained from healthy adult donors; steady state levels of PAI-1 were determined by semiquantitative RT-PCR after 26 amplification cycles.
