Adrenal gland morphology is unchanged by the electroporation protocol. A panel-40×, B panel-100×, of representative animals that had nothing done-(left panels, control), had Sry delivered by electroporation (middle panels, Sry/electro) or empty vector delivered (right panels). The lighter color purple in the middle of the tissue is the medulla. The holes or cracks in the medulla are not defects but tears in the tissue from processing. Gene or empty vector delivery did not disrupt tissue morphology.
