SEM (magnification×200) at 7 days showed the greatest endothelialization rates in the GS group ( GS-7days ), and there was also a significant increase in endothelial strut coverage in the HCASES group ( HCASES-7 days) compared with the SES group (SES-7 days). At 14 days, Low-magnification SEM images (50×) showed thin endothelial coverage on the stent struts of the three different types , and regions of interest were photographed at further magnifications of 500× for direct visualization of ECs.Back to article page
