(B) Representative image of endothelial cells by CD31 immunofluorescence staining was obtained under an inverted fluorescence microscope (×200). Cells nucleus are stained by DAPI (blue). CD31 positive cells exhibit green fluorescence. Above 95% of the cells are expressed CD31 positive
