598 patients, divided into 4 groups (A – D) underwent electron-beam computed tomography. In 531 an ischemia test was performed, being either non-conclusive, negative or positive. One-hundred-forty-six patients underwent CAG and in 59 significant CAD was found. CAC = coronary artery calcification; CAD = coronary artery disease; CAG = coronary angiography; O = no ischemia test; +/- = non-conclusive result; - = negative ischemia test; + = positive ischemia test.
