  1. BMI: Body mass index, Tg: triglycerides, HOMA-IR: homeostatic model assessment insulin resistance, HDL: high density lipoprotein, CRP: c-reactive protein, β: regressions coefficient, p: p value. Linear regression analysis is used to investigate the association between hormonal levels and blood pressure. All subjects with known hypertension (271) were excluded from the analyses.
