Evaluation of oxidative stress markers in the small intestine. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) (A), myeloperoxidase (MPO) (B), and malondialdehyde (MDA) (C) activities in each organ were examined. Group I (15–20 °C), group II (20–25 °C), group III (25–30 °C): group IV (normal CPB group), group V (sham operation group). The data are expressed as the mean ± SD from three independent experiments.
