The microstructure of the intestine specimens from each experimental group was observed by HE staining (A), transmission electron microscopy (B), and electron microscopy (C). The integrity of the intestinal mucosal epithelial cell structure, swelling of the mitochondria, mitochondrial crest, and cytoplasm within the rough endoplasmic reticulum structure were analyzed. Group I (15–20 °C), group II (20–25 °C), group III (25–30 °C), group IV (normal CPB group), and group V (sham operation group).
