Hazard ratios for cardiovascular disease mortality by Cox proportional hazard regression univariate analyses are presented with accompanying confidence intervals and p-values for the bacteria found to be significant at the 2% cut-off point. Each genus must be present in at least five cases and five controls as well as over five per cent total prevalence to be included in the analyses
