Patient A had normal MVP but patient B had impaired MVP in the apex (arrows). Compared with patient A, patient B had significantly reduced GWI (415 mmHg% vs. 1120 mmHg%), GCW (636 mmHg% vs. 1309 mmHg%), GWE (55% vs. 93%) and GLS (absolute value 6% vs. 15%), but larger GWW (384 mmHg% vs. 80 mmHg%)
