A Pre-PCI IVUS images showed heavily calcified plaque with a 360° calcium arc. B After RA with a 1.5-mm burr, IVUS image showed reflection behind the calcification. The phenomenon usually was considered that the calcium was not thick. C After stent implantation with high pressure post-dilatation, IVUS images still showed stent under-expansion (73%)
