The mold was embedded for 2 months in a dorsal subcutaneous pouch in a goat model (a-1). After 2 months, the molds were encapsulated by the connective tissue membrane that formed thin flexible sheets (a-2). Three leaflets of biosheets were sutured with the annulus (a-3) The autologous pericardium was harvested (b-1). The autologous pericardium was cut to a leaflet shape (b-2).
