Si-circTM7SF3-mediated effects in ox-LDL-induced THP-1-derived macrophages are partly counteracted by the addition of anti-miR-206. a THP-1 cells (n = 3) were transfected with si-circTM7SF3 alone or co-transfected with si-circTM7SF3 and anti-miR-206. MiR-206 expression was detected in THP-1 cells by qRT-PCR.
