All-cause and cardiovascular mortality after hypokalemia or borderline hypokalemia according to subsequent potassium measurements in patients treated with combination antihypertensive therapy (60-days follow-up, n = 8976). Potassium interval K: 3.8–4.0 mmol/L represented the reference range.
