Fluoroscopic views of the atrial and the ventricular leads in another patient with PLSVC at the end of procedure. PLSVC was demonstrated by left subclavian vein angiography in AP view, the temporary pacemaker lead was also placed at the RVA (a). The atrial lead was placed at the right lateral wall, and the RV lead was fixed in the RVA (b-d).
