The levels of total and phosphorylated SHP2, ERK, JNK and p38 were determined by Western blot analysis. There were no statistically significant differences in the total levels of SHP2, ERK, JNK or p38MAPK among the three groups (p > 0.05). PHPS1 suppressed the levels of phosphorylated SHP2 and ERK.
