Kaplan-Meier curves of the one-year cumulative survival of patients with and without pre-existing atrial fibrillation (AF). Event rates were also calculated with the use of the log-rank test. Deaths from unknown causes were assumed to be deaths from cardiovascular cause. AF caused a higher overall mortality according to TAVR
