Freedom from non-access related re-intervention presented in months after primary EVAR, comparing patients treated for rupture vs non-ruptured aneurysms. Cumulative re-intervention free survival two years after primary repair was 80 % for patients treated for rupture and 89 % for patients treated for non-ruptured AAA. A standard error of 10 % was reached after 3.4 years in the patient with ruptured aneurysms and after >9 years in the non-ruptured patients
