  1. Overweight: BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2. Obesity: BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2. Hypertension: Blood pressure ≥ 140/90 mmHg and/or presence of anti-hypertensive drug treatment. Low HDL cholesterol: <1 mmol/L; high HDL cholesterol: ≥ 1.6 mmol/L; high LDL cholesterol: ≥ 4.1 mmol/L and high triglyceride: ≥ 2.2 mmol/L. Dyslipidemia: low HDL cholesterol and/or high triglyceride and/or LDL cholesterol ≥ 4.1 mmol/L or ≥ 2.6 mmol/L in presence of self-reported myocardial infarction, stroke, coronary artery disease or diabetes. Diabetes: fasting plasma glucose ≥ 7 mmol/L and/or presence of oral hypoglycaemic or insulin treatment. Microalbuminuria :albumin-to-creatinine ratio > 30 mg/g
