The far left lane shows the multiple probes without RNase digestion. The far right lane shows molecular markers. Bottom: Relative mRNA levels of TGF-β1 and β3. Data are expressed as density ratio of TGF-beta over GAPDH from three separate experiments. Both TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 were highly expressed with a peak at 3 day for each.
