LXR agonist T901317 increases expression of genes related to cholesterol efflux. Human macrophages were treated without or with LXRs agonist T0901317 at 5 μmol/L or 10 μmol/L for 24 h, and ABCA1, ABCG1, SR-BI, LXRα and LXRβ mRNA expression levels were measured by real-time quantitative PCR (A). Human macrophages were treated without or with LXRs agonist T0901317 at 5 μmol/L or 10 μmol/L for 48 h, and ABCA1, ABCG1, SR-BI, LXRα and LXRβ protein expression levels were measured by immunoblotting (B, C and D).
