RWMA = regional wall motion abnormalities, TTE = transthoracic echocardiogram (where available). 1All patients suspected of an ischaemic cause for OOHCA are urgently transferred to TPCH and the priority of coronary angiography is decided upon arrival (as transfer times may be prolonged depending on distance).
