As evident in CT angiography, both coronary arteries arise above the sinus of Valsalva (A, arrow) and distal right coronary artery drains directly into the coronary sinus (B, *). The coronary artery-coronary sinus fistula was confirmed by angiography (C). Esophagus was compressed by a Kommerell’s diverticulum as apparent in esophagogastroduodenoscopy (D, arrow).
