  2. BMI: Body mass index. SBP: Systolic blood pressure. DBP: Diastolic blood pressure Hypertension: SBP ≥140 mmHg and/or DBP ≥90 mmHg and/or self-reported use of antihypertensive medication. Physical active: Self-reported hard physical activity ≥1 hr per week (yes / no).
  3. GFR: Glomerular Filtration Rate according to the CKD EPI formula [17]. ACR: Urinary albumin/creatinine ratio (mean of 3 urine samples).
