  1. Legend. The model also included body mass index, creatinine clearance, smoking and menopause as independent variables. Creatinine was not included in the regression model because of multicollinearity with creatinine clearance. Further inclusion of antihypertensive classes, allopurinol and systemic vascular resistance as independent variables did not change the results.
