  3. Hyperuricemia (≥ 420 μmol/L men, ≥ 360 μmol/L women).
  4. Prehypertension PreHT (SBP 120–139 mmHg and/or DBP 80–89 mmHg).
  5. Prediabetes PreDM (fasting blood glucose 5.6–6.9 mmol/L).
