Following baseline characterization animals were infused at t = 0 with vehicle control for 1 hour followed by incremental doses of DHC of 1.0; 2.0; 2.2; 2.4; and 3.0 mg/kg/hr for 1 hour at each condition. Statistics: Each of the doses of DHC were compared to the vehicle control situation by a 1-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett's multiple comparison test ***p > 0.001, **p < 0.01, *p < 0.05.
